What an awsome experience, what can I say, words alone don’t do it justice. We engaged Eric Oddi Blinds to repair most of the Venetian blinds in our house. The Blinds professionals Mike & Karen arrived at the house & completely overhauled & repaired the damaged Blinds with prompt & efficient workmanship. More often than not, it’s a known fact that often contractors want to complete the job, get paid, then “disappear in a puff of wind”..Suffice to say this did not apply to Mike & Karen, they displayed professionalism & expertise beyond all expectations..they didn’t want to leave until they completed the job with diligence & professionalism in a super friendly manner, they were laughing when they arrived, & laughing & smiling when they left.. The charge out fee for work & services rendered was extremely fair & justified. Whilst Mike was happily fixing Blinds, Karen was always on hand to assist him, & even popping screws in our damaged garage door ..This team are absolutely wonderful, they know their stuff & artists 🎨 at applying their crafts. Fantastic service – efficient – professional – prompt – knowledgeable. Spent quality time measuring and discussing colours and fabrics – never felt rushed plus high quality fabrics. Then installation absolutely outstanding – extremely thorough and the end result is awesome. Mike and Karen couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was perfect and we were completely happy, which we are. Pricing was brilliant as well – best of four quotes we received. The end result impressive!
